After placing an order, you will receive an email with its estimated time of arrival. If the order hasn't arrived by the date mentioned, please consider delivery delays can happen. We advise you to wait a couple extra days, and if your order does not arrive after a week of the estimated time of arrival, please reach out to our support team by submitting a request below with your order number and confirming your delivery address.
To fight overproduction in the apparel industry, all our products are custom printed, which means we need a couple days to produce and ship them to you. Delivery time will depend on your location, and you will receive an email with the estimated time of arrival after placing your order. In general, an order may take 5 to 12 days to arrive.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight, destination and the delivery service selected.
We have multiple facilities in the USA and European Union, we will ship from one of these regions depending on your location.
Any orders being shipped outside of the USA, or the European Union may be subject to customs fees. Taxes may vary depending on your country. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.
